Mary and Kathryn first talk with Jennifer Greenwood, owner of Curves in South Burlington and Essex and next with Brenda Howley, independent distributor for Usana Health Sciences.
Jennifer shares her own personal story of being told by her doctor to that she was the dreaded "o" word (obese). She was determined to change her weight, but was not sold on the Curves gym near her home. With support from family, she joined and subsequently lost 40 pounds, regained her health and now runs two of her own Curves! Mary, Kathryn and Jennifer talk about the Curves model and how natural and nurturing it is for women to gather together to get fit, share stories and help each other, all with no men and no mirrors!
